The free check runs in the browser when you press one button. You do not answer questions, and it does not need the Windows connector. It reads what the browser can already see, such as the screen, processor threads, memory estimate, graphics name and network. You see a basic result. Deeper detail is visible but blurred and labelled as paid.

Create an account with your email. Sign-in is a code sent to that email, not a password. After you are signed in, £14.99 adds 3 connector scans. Download the connector, open it, and if Windows shows a warning because it is not signed yet, choose More info then Run anyway. Paste the scan link from your account into the connector. Each successful scan uses 1 credit.

The browser check is free. £14.99 buys 3 full connector scans for the signed-in account. The account page shows how many scans are left.

Yes. DGDigital offers its Windows PC Health Check online throughout the UK. It does not provide in-person services.

The connector, also called Bridge, is the Windows app you download after you have paid for scans. It runs a fixed read-only check on the PC and sends the result back to DGDigital. The free browser check does not use it.

The snapshot includes Windows version, CPU, RAM and disk information, storage health where Windows reports it, startup count, Defender status, recent error counts and a timestamp. It does not include personal files or screenshots.

No. Diagnostic collection is read-only, with no remote-control channel, screenshots or personal file scanning.

No. The measured report separates what Windows reported from likely causes, and it says what could not be measured.

The connector supports Windows desktop PCs, laptops and all-in-one computers. Apple Mac devices are not currently supported. The free browser check runs in a modern browser on any device, but it cannot measure Windows itself.
